Why does Rick Santorum need to be involved with this? He is such a douche, I have a hard time taking anything he says seriously. looks like Barton is full of excuses as to why a Republican Congress can remain the antithesis of progress.
Let's hope the Dems can do more than maintain gridlock within their own party.
