So the school nurse called... apparently from the Tenex, Triaminic, and the antibiotic, Jimmy is in such a state the is sleeping through school today. He slept through school and is sacked out at Kindercare. I am concerned, but there isn't a lot I can do. I have no more sick leave and Jim has very little. He isn't running a fever, so they are willing to keep him and let him sleep. I, however, feel like the world's worst mother.

After picking him up from, he of course woke up in the car. It tried to return him to school, but he cried, so I took him to day-care. He calmed down for the car ride, and then as soon as I pulled into the day-care parking lot, he started crying again.
I handed him over to his teacher and listened to him howl all the back to the car. I called Rachel because I felt like crap, and then looked up and saw two little boys, maybe 3yo, at the playground fence crying and reaching for me through the links.
It felt like I was dropping my son off at Baby Dachau.....
